Being the first generation in her family born in the United States, Dr. Amanda Tran was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oklahoma and graduated from OU College of Dentistry. After receiving her DDS degree, Dr. Tran completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, focusing on complex comprehensive treatment and advanced procedures using state-of-the-art technology. Her time in residency helped her to advance her clinical skills in order to better serve patients. She is a Certified Invisalign Provider and has been certified to perform laser dentistry by the Academy of Laser Dentistry.

Dr. Tran is dedicated to serving her community, educating her patients on the importance of their oral health, and providing high quality dental care. For every patient of Dr. Tran’s, she strives to improve their oral health, to aid in a healthy smile, and to create a comfortable and positive experience during their dental visits. Her goal is to have her patients leave the office full of confidence, free of pain, and with huge smiles on their faces.

Dr. Tran is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Oklahoma Dental Association (ODA), and the Oklahoma Association of Women Dentists (OAWD).

In her free time, Dr. Tran enjoys spending quality time with her family, which includes her significant other and their six dogs! She loves playing games, traveling to new places, going to amusement parks, attending concerts and shows, trying new food and restaurants, dancing, and enjoying life! She is excited to be a part of the Mustang/Yukon community and to serve the patients of Mustang North Dental.
